Having completed over 400 hrs YTT I am qualified in Ashtanga with Anusara principles, Kids Yoga, Baby Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga, Yin Yoga & specialise in Yoga for Women & their cycling & hormonally changing bodies.

Weekly Yoga Classes
Join me for weekly yoga classes that integrate breath, movement, and presence. Sessions are offered both online and in person, with outdoor gatherings during the Spring and Summer months. These classes are open to all levels and serve as a grounding practice for spiritual embodiment.

Seasonal Sādhanā Immersions
Twice a year, I guide group journeys rooted in the sacred plant medicines of Rose and Blue Lotus. These sādhanās are spaces of prayerful devotion, spiritual discipline, and deep inner alchemy.

Ceremonial Gatherings & Retreats
Join me in person for one-day ceremonies and immersive retreats in sacred locations around the world. These experiences are portals for healing, remembrance, and communion with the Divine.
